Welcome to YassNails. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation Submitting a request or inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. Your order is only confirmed once you have received an official order confirmation and payment details from YassNails. Production will not begin until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Made-to-Order Products All YassNails sets are handcrafted made-to-order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. As a result, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Custom Designs Custom design requests are subject to availability and approval. By submitting a custom request, you agree to provide accurate details regarding your desired design. YassNails reserves the right to decline any custom request. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is received, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. Custom sets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Intellectual Property All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of YassNails. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability YassNails is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
