Returns & Refunds

Because all YassNails sets are handcrafted made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Each set is made specifically for you, so we're unable to resell returned items.

However, we've got you covered if something goes wrong:

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
  • Lost/missing orders: If your order is marked delivered but never arrived, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement.

To request a replacement, email us at [your email] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Please note: replacements are offered once per order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Color Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and lighting conditions. We do our best to photograph our sets accurately, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match to your display.
