Steps for requesting a custom design

1. Purchase the type of custom nail (basic, intricate, or aquarium/unique design) by clicking on the pay button at the top of the page.
2. Copy your order number and paste it in the text box below.
3. Attach a photo of your desired design.
   (Required - requests without a photo will not be processed.)
4. In the text box describe any changes, if any, to the design you are requesting and specify which shape and length if different from the image.
5. Please list your nail size, according to the size guide below, in millimeters from thumb to pinky.
   e.g. Thumb - 16mm
6. After completing your payment and submitting this form with the required information, please wait 24–48 hours for your design request to be approved.
